RIP – Adam West
He was a pioneer of sorts and an iconic part of entertainment history. Bringing the love of superheros and action to the small screen and trying to keep people interested and entertained was not an easy task. When much was left to the imagination, he achieved a recognition that is often rare.

Adam West was an American actor widely known for his role as Batman in the 1960s ABC series Batman and its theatrical feature film — and whose career spanned seven decades.
